The exterior is the first thing anyone sees — and in Dhaka’s climate, it has to hold up long after the handover.

Bangladesh’s heat, humidity, and monsoon cycles are hard on building surfaces. Material selection isn’t just an aesthetic call here. It’s a practical one. We specify weather-resistant finishes, facade cladding, and coatings that are chosen specifically for tropical conditions — not imported from a catalogue built for a different climate.
