Lounge Area Interior Design in Banani, Dhaka

Banani (Lounge Area)

Project Overview

This project focused on one space — a lounge and reception area in Banani. Unlike a full residence makeover, the brief here was clear and focused: turn a single entry point into a space that welcomes guests and makes a strong first impression. With over 350 completed projects, our team at Unique Interior & Design brings the same attention to detail to one room as we do to an entire home.

Design Approach

The lounge design centers on comfortable, well-arranged seating that invites people to sit and stay, not just pass through. Layered lighting — a mix of ambient ceiling fixtures and accent lighting — sets the mood without overpowering the space. The color palette stays neutral and warm, letting a feature wall and ceiling detailing do the visual work. Every material choice was made to balance comfort with a polished, professional look suited to a Banani address.

Why a Dedicated Lounge Area Matters

A lounge or reception area is often the first space a guest or client sees. In Banani, where homes and businesses sit close to embassies, corporate offices, and high-end residences, that first impression carries weight. A well-designed lounge does more than look good — it sets the tone for how people feel the moment they walk in, whether they’re visiting a home or a business.
