Unique Interior & Design is a BICA-registered interior designer based in Bangladesh. Founded in 2015 by Sarwar Hossain — Vice President of the Bangladesh Interior Companies Association — the firm has delivered over 350 residential, corporate, and hospitality interior projects across the country. From compact Dhaka apartments in Mirpur to multi-floor corporate towers in Gulshan, every project is handled in-house, from the first 3D layout to the final handover key. No middlemen. Meet Our Founder & CEO
Sarwar Hossain began his professional interior design career before 2008 — at a time when the concept of structured, engineering-backed interior fit-outs was almost nonexistent in Bangladesh’s private construction market.
He started his professional career as an interior design specialist before 2008. After seeing the situation of the local market, he decided to build an engineering-focused firm. From then to now, he has built the best interior designers in Bangladesh. Our unique interior and design are built entirely on elite turnkey craftsmanship.
Today, Mr. Sarwar Hossain is a well-known person in the national architectural community. He serves as the Vice President of the Bangladesh Interior Companies Association (BICA). Also, he is a General Member of the E Club (Entrepreneurs Club).
Our founder has 18 years of intensive field experience. With this support and our talented design team, Unique Interior & Design has become one of the best interior design companies in Bangladesh. We have safely executed 350+ luxury residential and corporate fit-out projects across Bangladesh.

The Journey Behind One of Bangladesh's Trusted Interior Design Firms
Before Unique Interior BD existed, Sarwar Hossain spent years watching a pattern repeat itself across Dhaka. Clients would hand over their savings, contractors would start work, and somewhere in the middle — the timeline would slip, the budget would balloon, or the team would simply disappear.
He had seen it from the inside. By 2008 he was already working active interior sites — learning how Dhaka’s construction realities actually worked, not how they looked on paper.
In 2015, he built the firm he wished had existed for those clients. Not a decoration studio. A full-cycle interior architecture company where every project starts with a signed BOQ and ends with a contractual handover date.
Over the past decade, that commitment has been tested across 350+ projects — apartments in Bashundhara and Uttara, corporate offices in Gulshan and Banani, commercial builds in Chittagong, Sylhet, and Cox’s Bazar.
