Dekko ISHO Group Office Interior Design, Tejgaon

Dekko ISHO Group

Location: Tejgaon, Dhaka | Corporate Office Interior Fit-Out

Project Overview - Dekko Isho Group

Dekko ISHO Group is one of Bangladesh’s oldest and largest business conglomerates, with roots going back to the 1950s and operations spanning apparel manufacturing, furniture, and consumer brands. A company with that kind of history and scale doesn’t hand its office interior to just anyone. It needs a design partner who can plan a workspace that matches decades of brand reputation.

Unique Interior & Design delivered exactly that — a full office interior fit-out for Dekko ISHO Group’s office in Tejgaon, Dhaka, led personally by our MD, Md. Sarwar Hossain.

The Challenge of Corporate Office Design

An established conglomerate like Dekko ISHO Group runs on structure — departments, teams, and daily operations that all need a workspace built to support them. The brief was to design an office interior that felt organized and professional across the entire floor, not just in the areas visitors see first.

The bigger challenge was matching the interior to the weight of the brand itself. Dekko ISHO Group has been operating for over seven decades. The design had to reflect that stability and credibility, while still functioning as a modern, efficient working environment for daily use.

Our Approach

We approached this as a full-floor office interior project rather than a collection of separate rooms. The workspace, meeting areas, and common areas were planned together, so materials, lighting, and layout stayed consistent from one zone to the next.

Workstations were laid out for efficient daily use, with attention to circulation space and natural light where the floor plan allowed. Meeting and gathering areas were designed to support both internal team discussions and external visitors, with finishes chosen to hold up under regular use. Throughout the project, we kept the material palette practical and durable — a working conglomerate office needs to look sharp for years, not just at handover.

The Result

The completed interior gives Dekko ISHO Group a workspace that functions as one connected environment across the office floor. Every zone shares the same design language, so the space reads as intentional rather than pieced together — the kind of consistency you’d expect from a firm handling a company with this much operating history behind it.

Why This Project Matters

Dekko ISHO Group has been in business since the 1950s and now runs 17 operating companies. A conglomerate with that history has worked with plenty of vendors and knows exactly what a professional job looks like. Delivering this project to their standard is direct proof that Unique Interior & Design can handle corporate clients at real scale — not just as a one-off, but as a repeatable capability.

Alongside our Gazi Group office interior project, this is one of two major conglomerate head offices we’ve delivered in Dhaka. If your company is evaluating an interior partner for a corporate office of any real size, that track record is the answer.
